The "Motovilikha" TM has been known for more than 260 years, with the metallurgy of the plant being continuously upgraded. Today we produce rolled plates, sheets and bars, forgings, stampings for the Defense Industry, machine-building, gas and oil, construction and other industries.

The metallurgical plant "Kamastal" J/S Inc. includes Martin, copra, sheet-rolling, section-rolling, forge-pressing, forge-stamping, thermal, tool, controlling and measuring apparatuses and automatics shops, flux limestone extracting and processing shops, and metallurgical furnaces repair shop.

The process of steel melting is carried out in open-hearth furnaces. The plant also has a FUCHS SISTEM TECHNIK unit of off-furnace treatment, which was launched in 2000. Steel is cast into ingots and on the continuous-casting machines. High-quality steel is produced by means of the electroslag refining process units.

The sheet rolling facilities include the thick-plate mill "2000", large-section "710" and small-section "350" mills. The forging facilities are equipped with 1500 t, 2000 t, and 3000 t presses; and SPX-55 radial forging machine. Stampings are produced on hammers, presses and horizontal- forging machines.

There is unique equipment for all kinds of thermal and mechanical treatment, including the equipment for treating products of big lengths and diameters.

An electric furnace for smelting steel was launched in 2001, allowing the plant to double the production and to stop the martin production.

We offer our customers various kinds of metallurgical production from high-quality structural steel according to 380, 1050, 4543, 14959 GOSTs. We also produce forged stepped shaft for heavy engineering industry, and cone-surfaced shafts. Metal products may be produced on individual orders and special requirements, and in small lots. We carry out orders under individual drawings and special technical requirements.
